Our SMS system sends transactional and appointment related messages to patients on behalf of the practices we work with, never unsolicited marketing messages. Each practice we work with remains the data controller for their own patient data, and we act as a processor under a separate agreement with them.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing will@swellautomation.com. You can also opt out of any further contact from us at any time.
